h1b Transfer CP需要离境的时间问题

之前发过帖子就说过应该是要离境去激活的概率比较大了。果然拿到结果就是需要离境。因为之前早有预感，所以已经签好加拿大的签证，打算去加拿大激活。
我是6.23拿到的信，买的机票7.5离境。信上没有具体说什么时候必须离境，但得立刻，不然就会有风险。想问下各位家人们，我这个时间离境还算安全么？
