求看这个竞业协议有没有问题

请问这个竞业协议有问题吗？第三个是说不要在离职的一年里面劝其他人去我跳槽的公司吗？还有我的probation month有六个月，是不是太长了。。。
NON COMPETE AGREEMENT
In consideration of employment with xxxx you are required:
1. Not to compete against xxx or any other division of xxx. in business
interests for a period of six (6) months following termination of employment. Specifically, this means you
agree not to solicit xxx's customers either directly or indirectly for business purposes for a
period of six (6) months following termination of your employment with xxx.
2. Not to disclose or distribute confidential or proprietary information, trade secrets, customer lists, database
specifications, work processes, sales and merchandising plans, marketing plans, costs, price structure,
product information, or any other confidential information of xxx or any other division of
xxx. to any person or company during the term of your employment or any time
thereafter. This restriction remains in effect until the information becomes public without any disclosure of
the information by you.
3. Not to solicit any employee or contractor employed or retained by xxx who was employed or
retained on the date of your termination from xxx, regardless of the reason for the
termination, or at any time in the one (1) year immediately preceding your termination, to work for or provide
. Waral dи,services to another organization for a period of one (1) year following termination of your employment with
xxx.
