我发邮件询问usc的cs申请结果，为什么他要我提供财产证明？

大家好，我想询问一下，usc给我发的邮件是啥意思？事情是这样的，我ucs的cs申请状态一直在under review状态，然后我发了一封邮件给小秘，他回复说我还缺少材料。结果我一看，是财产证明.额，不是说财产证明和录取结果无关，只和I20表格发放有关吗？我该怎么回复他？
原文如下：
Thank you for your email. Your file indicates that we are missing the following application materials. However, please note that application materials submitted within the past six weeks have likely been received and are being processed. You may contact us regarding your application status after this processing period. If you have not already done so, please submit the following application materials:

-Sufficient financial statement of support and passport verification.   
International students recommended for admission are required to submit proof of sufficient financial support and passport verification in order to be issued an I-20. While these documents are not required for your application to be reviewed, we highly recommend that you submit them as soon as possible.  That way, if you are recommended for admission, we can issue your I-20 without delay for your visa procedures. Please note, international students who are recommended for admission must also submit their statement of intent in order to be issued an I-20.

Your financial statement of support must indicate proof of funding and be dated within nine months of your intended first day of classes. Your passport verification must be a copy of the first two pages of your passport. For more information, visit the USC Graduate Admission Financial Support website at http://www.usc.edu/admission/gra ... nancialsupport.html, and refer to the "Guidelines for Submitting Proof of Financial Support".

Send your financial documents as an email attachment in PDF or JPEG format (10 MB limit) to usci20@usc.edu OR as a fax to (213) 821-3725. Your 10-digit USC ID must be clearly written on all documents.

没什么意思，这是建议你发财产证明。这样等结果出来，就可以很快发给你I-20。
所以，你想发就给他发，不想发就再等等。

楼主发了财产证明了么？我也发了邮件问申请结果，然后他也要我提供财产证明。。。不知道现在怎么搞- -录取结果都没下来。。我爸一直说财产证明什么的应该都是录取了之后才给的，现在弄过去干嘛。。

我看到官网有个统计表，差不多是要5W6刀，然后我就发了35W的证明。。前天刚发的。。还没消息。。。

我也是啊, 建议楼主给他发财产证明啊,发了35W以后马上就发AD了...就隔了一天.

您好同学，我还在等USC，请问你是给哪里发的邮件问状态，然后他们问你要financial support？

我个人觉得财产证明跟录取关系不大。。我前阵子打电话问他们我的材料情况。。。他们最后就说没有财产证明 可以寄过去。。。我觉得他们只是希望学生尽早寄过去而已。。
