这个叫procuring clause，就是说哪个agent的劳动导致了成交，那个agent就能拿佣金。如果你跟别的agent下了offer，第一个agent可以说他起的作用最大，应该得佣金，会有纠纷。这也就是说为什么你跟哪个agent看了房，下那个房的offer最好还找带你看房的agent

当然实际操作中，你如果说话不投机不合作了，很少有agent会去track你买了哪个房，或者哪个房是谁买的（虽然想查都可以查到）
所以你想换agent就放心换就行了

看房别找agent，直接open house去看就得了，这样一周末就能集中看好多套房。

佣金比例是卖家决定的 买家中介没有任何理由要求买家补齐 他不同意你就换别人帮你递offer 就算他扯皮也是找卖家，不过我觉得他不管找哪一方都absurd

这么狠。。。这list agent是房东自己吧。。。。把买家佣金设这么少实在是得不偿失

查了下，是有mls号码的。。。listing agent和seller也不是一个人。。。listing agent说这个buyer commission fee是seller定的。

是的，不过房子自身价格是较低的，所以相当于把折扣的那部分扣在了buyer agent上

Redfin网站上直接就是buying agent commission 0.7%？？？不能啊 这么操作估计没有网站愿意list啊 莫非继Robin Hood之后房产也要改革了？ no agent fee？😂
