Available October 1st or a couple of days earlier if needed. You'd be taking over the lease (6 months remaining) with option to renew in April, 2022. The landlord will want a credit report prior to move in.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to live in a nice quiet neighborhood close to work. The house is well-maintained with original refinished hardwood floors throughout, central air conditioning, and a beautiful professionally-managed yard. The kitchen is spacious, and features a gas stove, dishwasher, double sink and plenty of counter and cabinet space. The living room and kitchen come mostly furnished with a table/chairs, lamps and sofa. There’s extra space for a few more pieces of furniture if needed.
The two rooms are unfurnished and each come with a built-in closet and plenty of space for bedroom and office furniture. The photos are of a Queen size bed and a large standing desk. The bathroom is private and includes a walk-in shower and vanity with double cabinets.
The backyard is paradise! Relax underneath a beautiful fruit tree around the gas-powered fire pit with built-in seating. Enjoy fruit from small lemon, lime, and mandarin orange trees on the property.
