被UCD拒了，附和UCD小秘的对话。。。

本以为是系统自动发的邮件，回复一下没什么，于是就发泄了一下不满，敲下一行字直接按了回复：

哪知道尽心尽责的小秘居然看到了 = = 而且秒回：

深感羞愧的LZ仍然不死心，于是礼貌的问了自己被拒的原因（这次知道对面是活人，礼貌了）：

Dear Melany,

I hesitate to ask...but I am a bit curious about the application result.. I guess I am rejected by your program for the low grades I got in the first semester of college. But, I have made a lot of progress afterwards... And my overall GPA for the three years is 88%... I'd rather you told me where I need to further improve.

You know, though UW is good at statistics and is ranked 3rd by USNews, I do hope to go to a university of California. Sorry for taking your time.

哦，不去UNC感觉有点可惜呢。。。不知道呢，今天貌似地里有个被Duke waitlist的人大的被Rej了。。说明杜克已经开始清wl了。我感觉希望不太大. sigh...主要我们学校已经有人双飞Duke了

^……嗯，我从大三就把unc当梦校了，最后不去确实觉得有点内个啥……也确实还是考量再三了……duke招人也不少吧，你那儿应该还是挺有希望的~~

你不打算duke经济学那个master了么？

已经拒了，统计就业更灵活，IT，金融经济，药厂，甚至转行都可以，选择面宽些，直接工作或是读PhD都容易留美，而且学的东西更有用。经济的话就是学术一条路走到底了，没七八年出不来。。。这个风险挺大的，就怕自己不喜欢

……我读统计也是打算的phd一条路走下去了……感觉ms还是打杂的多……虽然title都是data analyst

我也打算继续念phd，如果能留在UW甚至申到更好的就发达了。。。能熬出来还是想往金融业走 = =
