大家帮我看一下公司强制合同是否可以离职

大家好
我是2021 年在现在公司帮助下拿到H1B, 在办的时候公司强制签署了这个文件。我明确知道的是 这份文件是要求如果抽到后两年内离职是要归还公司所有付费。
我现在的疑问是 有没有懂的人帮我看看这个合同有没有涉及到不允许离职，或者离职的话需要赔偿除金钱以外的代价？尤其是文中标黄部份 otherwise 后面那一部份是说要撤回H1 的benefits吗？两年内离职的话有任何除金钱以外的影响吗？

我想在跳槽前确认这份文件的准确性

Agreement for Reimbursement of Legal Fees and Expenses
For and in consideration of the payment by我公司 to the Law Office of the sum of $XXXX plus expenses as provided for in the contract between MY COMPANY and the Firm for the Firm to represent 我本人 in connection with obtaining an H-1B Visa (the “Visa”), the Prospect agrees that if either (a) the Prospect fails to be employed by 公司within five (5) days after receiving the Visa or (b) the Prospect resigns the position at 公司when Visa application is peg or (cndin) the Prospect resigns the position at 公司 within two years after the commencement of H-1B Visa for any reason other than termination by 公司as part of a reduction in force policy, then Prospect will pay to and reimburse 公司for all fees and expenses paid by 公司to the Firm or otherwise for the benefit of the Prospect in connection with obtaining the Visa. The Prospect authorizes 公司to offset and deduct from any final paycheck of the Prospect any amount due to 公司under this agreement and  agrees to remain liable to 公司for any deficiency.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this instrument shall entitle Prospect to require
公司to expend any sums or otherwise obtain counsel for the Prospect in connection with the Prospect’s applicable for United States via or any other legal representation.

Otherwise后的部分是修饰fees and expenses，指为了你获得身份所付的费用。这一条款没有谈到任何你不能离职的问题。没有人可以强制你继续工作的。
