E6: amount of unvested stocks for next 4 years is less than when I was E4. Have unvested stocks worth 270k for next 4 years 💔

Many E4s now have < 100k

Im an E5 with 100k

I joined this year as an E4 and have like $70k

My original grant was 360k. Worth just over 100k today.
After November vest I’ll have  75k left
E4 11/21 hire

Nice. E5 71k unvested...

E4 here. I have 95k. I joined in February.

E3 less than 40k

E4 with 40k. havent seen anyone have it worse than me

E6, joined in June, initial grant of a little more than $1M, now worth $494k before my first vest in November. It hurts. 😂

E6 joined this year. My $1.2m in stock is now $600k and falling daily.
My first vest was supposed to be well over $100k. Now it’s $60k.

现在垮是肯定垮到没办法看了，不过说实在的我蛮期待明年2月跌到70，这样refresh可以多好多，尤其是最近小扎刚说要把如何留住TOP Perf作为他的priority之一，我觉得可以期待一下PSC的奖

想的太美了吧，再跌也只是股数多，refresh的总额钱不是每年差不多。

一旦进入下降通道，跌倒70也不是底。 meta跌倒50以下比较合理。

现在垮是肯定垮到没办法看了，不过说实在的我蛮期待明年2月跌到70，这样refresh可以多好多，尤其是最近小扎刚说要把如何留住TOP Perf作为他的priority之一，我觉得可以期待一下PSC的奖励。
长期来看以目前的盈利状况，后经济危机时代回到200可能性很大的。
或者如果refresh的不够，我就考虑趁股票到底左右的时候肉身抄一下别的大厂了。

现在还能去哪啊。。感觉最近senior level的面试都是噩梦级别的。

当然不可能是现在跑，现在就没有啥公司能给staff+600K。

最佳时机应该是在美联储宣布通胀成功得到控制以后，1-2个月内股市会大涨，紧缩的公司会重新扩张业务，到时有更多的HC放出来。

. check 1point3acres for more.明年年初开始可以考虑提前刷好题，然后保持手感等机遇，做到机遇一来第一时间就能抓住。

Meta refresher不是很多吗，unvested怎么这么少。。
