Friend heard back from her lawyer yesterday. Nonpp adv not sure which center. Notification date:4/18. lawyer didn't hold it for her. Lawyer confirmed that he didn't receive it until yesterday.

I think it's USCIS. They probably stop issuing receipts because all data entry's done. But it takes them a while to mail all the receipts.
