面签最早能比i797 start date提前多少天

请教各位网友。

本人在国内，H1B 已经 approved 了，i797 上面的 start date 是 2 月 6 号。美国那边的律师说最多是 start date 之前 10 天领事馆才会让我进去面签。但是我看领事馆网站（https://www.ustraveldocs.com/cn/cn-niv-typework.asp）说的是提前 90 天可以去面签，具体内容我贴在最后了。想问一下有类似经历的朋友，提前 10 天以上去面签，能让进吗？能的话我想尽早去面签。

领事馆说明：

The U.S. Embassy or Consulate General may process your H, L, O, P or Q visa application up to 90 days prior to the beginning of employment status as noted on your I-797. However, when making your travel plans, please note that due to Federal regulations, you can only use the visa to apply for entry to the United States starting ten days prior to the beginning of the approved status period noted on your I-797.
