Junior Accountant 

Responsibility:

• Accounts payable and receivable
  
• Cost accounting and reporting
  
• Inventory receiving and intercompany transfer
  
• Month-end process

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred

Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibility:

• Develop a high-level view of our current supply chain strengths, challenges, and opportunities.
  
• Create new reporting and tracking processes to ensure leadership has accurate and useful information.
  
• Liaise with vendors and transportation partners to determine ideal scheduling and timelines.
  
• Develop contingency plans to account for temporary materials or transportation disruption.

• Experience with complex logistics planning, vendor relationship management, and future forecasting.

Hay Purchaser

Responsibility:

• Procure a targeted volume of alfalfa hay per request annually.
  
• Working with farmers to maintain and develop supplier relationships.
  
• Accurately grading hay at harvest and buying it directly from growers
  
• Working closely with the Sales department to understand the market and assisting when customers visit to inspect and purchase hay
  
• Inventory management for field stacks, dispatching for inbound trucking to warehouse
  
• Quality control for field stacks
  
  

Qualifications and Skills

• 3 years of similar experience in farming, such as livestock, grains, fruit, or other comparable experience, is preferred.
  
• Experience with vendor relationship management and future forecasting
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
  
• Comfortable working with a globally distributed team
  
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills

Plant Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Effectively manage daily plant operation, staff scheduling, monitor and review the workflow
  
• Work closely with the logistics department and another team on the production plan, work schedules, etc.
  
• Maintain effective scheduled production as per the plant production master plan
  
• Perform facility maintenance of the main building and machinery equipment
  
• Perform souring management, cooperate with suppliers on price negotiation, quality control, procurement process improvement
  
• Perform top-level inventory management, oversee the inventory on traceability, safety, and quality
  
• Oversea inbound and outbound inventory and all other relevant transportation duties
  
• Implement SOPs and KPIs; plan and monitor the budget, and effectively manage the whole plant staff
  
• Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures
  
• All other duties assigned by Director
  
  

Requirement:

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in a leadership role managing a production team or industrial processing plant employees
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; previous experience using ERP systems is beneficial.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  
• Superior organizational and communication skills
