I'm reaching out about an immediate opening for a Sr Programmer Analyst to join a worldwide youth organization.
This is a flexible hybrid schedule located in Santa Clara. The salary is up to 150k plus full benefits and a retirement plan which they contribute up to 10% of your salary.
Looking forma mix of tech skills and understanding of processes. This is not a heavy software development role. It’s supporting licensed apps so duties will do enhancements and add ons, perform business requirement gathering, make recommendations and execute on it.
Requirements:
-5+ yrs exp with SQL database prefer MS Sql, ok with Oracle, stored procedures and functions, strong in report development in Business Objects desirable but ok with other reporting writing exp.
-Plus to have HTML, or Javascript
-Experience with CRM or ERP applications

They are actively interviewing this week.

理解楼主，不要灰心，也不要理楼里的个别人。 我们也是L签，就是因为考虑到最近大环境不好，所以同时在走加拿大ee。虽然花的时间久一点，毕竟是个backup plan。你们要不要考虑一下？虽然估计你们还是要回国一段时间。

路太窄了，几乎没什么选择，我都想不出来还有啥办法。关键你还说不回国，简直进退两难。
现在这种情况，内部转组希望不大，可能就去加拿大吧。但是加拿大也在裁员啊，都很难呀。
