03-03-2023 Received NIH DISwaiver email for J1 waiver
03-03-2023 Emailed the documents to NIH DISwaiver
03-06-2023 Confirmed receipt from NIH DISwaiver
03-07-2023 NIH has issued a FAVORABLE sponsor view to the DOS on my waiver

04-05-2023 USCIS Emma live chat. They couldn't find my receipt number. (name, BOD, and address)

04-06-2023 USCIS Emma live chat again. An excellent Customer Service Representative helps me find my receipt number by using my name, BOD, address, phome number and email. USCIS system shows On April 6, 2023, USCIS received my Form I-612 and mailed me a notice.

04-10-2023 I didn't receive my FR hard copy or any mail from USCIS. USCIS system shows the same thing.
