看数字的话， 35万人注册了一次，剩下9.6万人申请了40.8万次数，这意思也就表明了鼓励大家重复注册。

真够可以的。。。我2020，2021两年就因为人数暴涨没抽上，还好去年最后一抽，抽了四次，中了两个，现在的公司也中了上岸了，现在都开始办绿卡了，要不然现在可能还在苦海里苦作舟呢。。。真够可怕的，希望我的女朋友们也能抽到。百万人抽签不是梦！美国移民局其实就是在鼓励这种行为。哎

单抽多抽那一栏都标的“eligible”，所以这是合法的，那明年大家撸起袖子多抽，堆人头咱大中国是从未怂过的

USCIS官网下面的footnote紧接着就写了the count of eligible registrations excludes duplicate registrations, those deleted by the properties employer prior to the close of the registration period, and those with failed payments. 很明显这里面说的eligible是系统跑抽签程序的时候包括进来的entries。

意思应该是，这个数字是已经除去重复注册，交款失败等case后得到的eligible的数字吧
