OPT extension急问

求问
我的opt 马上就要过期了, 材料已经寄到USCIS但是还没有生成case.打电话过去查人家说必须寄到10天后才给查. 求问有什么方法可以让他建立起case. 如果不建case, 没pending, OPT过期后就没法再续了.

as long as your have the receipt number of your application, your application is pending.
did you file G-1145 E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance along with your form i-765? If so, you will get email/text msg notification once USCIS has received your application and generated a receipt number. If not, it will take a while (in my case, it was just a week though) to receive the hard copy of receipt notice via mail.

I haven't received the receipt number yet
