19年8月eb2是否应该concurrent filing

Eb2排期08/16/2019，公司得case worker说推荐concurrent filing但是也可以file separately，担心掉黑洞，求各位大神指导！
并且他说The USCIS will adjudicate the I-140 within two weeks from filing and will mail us the I-140 Approval Notice.  我记得是USCIS找到perm才能pp，一般一个月后才能pp吗？最近有变化吗？

we recommend filing the I-140/AOS concurrently.  If filed at the same time, both the I-140 and AOS Applications will be shipped directly to the Service Center.  We would also like to provide you with the option to file separately.  When filed separately, the I-140 will be shipped to the Service Center. After receiving the physical Approval Notice, the AOS will be shipped to the respective USCIS Lockbox and it will be redirected by the USCIS to the appropriate Service Center.  The USCIS will adjudicate the I-140 within two weeks from filing and will mail us the I-140 Approval Notice.

要concurrent啊，file了485后即使被裁员，也不用再重新perm走一遍了。自由度大了很多。
