AI for biomedical research

以往实验室的每个成员都有至少一篇一作或者共同一作的论文(Nature, Nature Biotechnology, Clinical Cancer Research, Nature communications)，并找到faculty的职位 或者在世界顶尖医药研发企业 Genentech, Bristol Myers Squibb从事生物信息的工作。

这个PhD学生的培养以机器学习和大模型为主，只是应用到生物医学领域。

目前实验室的主要研究方向：
1.        单细胞分析算法 (Nature Biotechnology 2022; Nature Machine Intelligence 2023)
2.        临床癌症免疫治疗测序 (Nature 2022)
3.        临床肿瘤抗药性测序数据分析（Clinical Cancer Research 2020, 2021; PNAS 2020）
4.        医学大数据挖掘 (Nature Communications 2021, 2022)

We are looking for:
•        A lab member with a passion for applying AI in biomedicine.
•        Familiar with deep learning models including RNN, GCN, Transformer, etc.
•        Experience in machine learning and transfer learning is highly valued.
