BAL 龟速 H1B Transfer PP Timeline

BAL大龟, USCIS小龟, 前前后后搞了七周才完成...希望大家H1B transfer都能一切顺利！


Timeline


Apr 10 2024: Your H1B transfer case has been initiated.


Apr 10 2024: An initiation email explaining the next steps was sent to the employee. BAL is awaiting the employee’s completed questionnaire and required documents.


Apr 10 2024: BAL received the employee’s initial questionnaire and document submission. Reviewing information and documents for completeness.


Apr 18 2024: Initiated LCA case.


Apr 26 2024: Preparing LCA documents.


Apr 29 2024: BAL received the initial information and documents required to begin strategizing the H-1B petition.


Apr 29 2024: BAL is reviewing and organizing the supporting documents for the H-1B petition.


Apr 30 2024: Sent LCA documentation to employer for posting.


Apr 30 2024: Submitted LCA to Department of Labor. Certification expected in 7 to 10 days.


May 07 2024: Received certified LCA from DOL.


May 07 2024: BAL is coordinating with the employer to secure the required certified Labor Condition Application (LCA) from the Department of Labor.


May 08 2024: BAL drafted all of the required forms and the initial attorney review is complete.


May 08 2024: BAL sent the H-1B forms to the employer for review and signature.


May 09 2024: BAL has received all signed forms and required supporting documents. Preparing to file the H-1B petition with USCIS.


May 09 2024: BAL filed the H-1B petition with USCIS. Awaiting receipt notice from USCIS. Once issued, the receipt number will be entered in Cobalt and can be used to track the case with USCIS.


May 13 2024: BAL received the H-1B receipt notice from USCIS. USCIS is reviewing the case.


May 22 2024: BAL received the H-1B approval notification via email from USCIS. Awaiting original H-1B Approval Notice. USCIS will mail the notice to BAL using regular mail.

想问问现在h1b的approval notice还是用的特殊纸张吗？我的approve后，公司律师说现在就是普通A4纸打出来的，所以只给我发了pdf说这样就够了。

特殊紙張 不是一般的打印紙。你的律師必須要郵寄給你approval letter sent by USCIS
