今天收到消息，兜兜转转终于绿了（内含TN申请绿卡流程）

总结

我们是12/27/2023年交的申请，24年8月第一次面试被取消，重新约到了9月底；10月排期大后退，差19天没有current。然后进入了CRP队伍。25年1月重新current。

25年1月3日提交了Service Request，没有消息。问EMMA，说是需要60天才回复

25年1月28日给House Representative发信，请求介入；

期间无数次问EMMA，电话infopath都没有有用信息

25年2月6日遇到一个好Emma，说1月21日有人看过我的材料，但没有结论；同时我的service request也assign给NBC的official了

25年2月7日，House Representative的工作人员发来邮件说我的case被批了；

领导马上刷状态，同步看到全家的状态一个一个都绿了。


在这大中小厂不断刷新裁员下限的时机，终于可以松口气睡个安稳觉了。摆脱了卡奴的身份，求米刷面经。

感悟

领导天天在地里刷帖子，得到无数有效的信息。希望我的这个也能帮到大家。

如果打电话，电话通了，直接说“infopath”，就像“芝麻开门”和“天王盖地虎”一样，直通人工服务。不用跟机器瞎白活；

如果时间拖得久了，找house比找senator有用。我们面试被拖了很久，找senator，根本就没有下文。这次也试着找过senator，收到了和USCIS一样的标准回复，要走emergency路线，要提供材料等等。找house，没有废话，填完表，收到一个回复邮件。跟地里其他人说的一样，11天后绿了，并且有回复。

October 21, 2024 We are temporarily pausing work on your application because an immigrant visa number is not immediately available to you.
February 7, 2025 New Card Is Being Produced.

另外，给加拿大的同学们说一声。拿TN是可以申请绿卡的。具体是：
- TN （非移民签证）
- 申请 Perm，申请140
- Renew TN （获得新的三年）
- 【重要】485申请前90天千万别出境，重要事情要说三遍：90天不要出境，90天不要出境
  - 我们就是9月跑加拿大浪了一圈，回来后current，结果律师不给申请，要等90天。结果中间各种幺蛾子都遇到了：排期大跃进，排期大后退。。。
- 申请485，application for status change
- 在米国窝一年，等绿卡下来（TN仍然有效，但千万不要出去）

不过真的讨厌，绿了还不能随便跳槽。之前140提交了要等，485提交了也不建议跳，现在绿了也不建议跳，移民真就低人一等

理解，想清楚自己为啥要移民，这些都不会是问题。即便不移民，无论在哪里，平民老板姓也不是平等的。
