Through the Red Line Project, we’ve uncovered 10,000+ active PERM filings now under review at the Department of Labor.

Until now, Americans only got proof of discrimination years later, after the DOL already processed the applications. That delay left laid-off and displaced Americans without evidence.

If you applied to one of these “PERM jobs” as a qualified American and never heard back, while the company moved on to sponsor a foreign worker, that’s discrimination, and this data proves it.

If you were laid off and your employer filed a PERM for the same occupation within 6 months,  even if it’s not your exact job title, they were required by law to notify you. If you now see that role in our PERM data and they never contacted you, you can prove a violation.

These companies told the Department of Labor that no qualified Americans existed. On that basis, they hired foreign workers and now want more than 10,000 certified for permanent residency in the United States.

This isn’t just H-1B displacement. This is permanent. A pipeline that locks out American workers in a market already flooded with cheap foreign labor, while thousands of jobs continue to be offshored and at the very moment AI is set to wipe out millions of jobs.

It gives Americans the power to stop the pipeline of displacement, hold these employers accountable, and support the Department of Labor's Project Firewall before corporations succeed in locking in our permanent replacement.



虽然川普政府澄清了H1b十万美元的规定，但MAGA才不管什么H1b什么perm什么绿卡，只要美国人找不到工作那就怪移民。即使政策上还没有影响到大部分地里的大部分人，但在舆论上毫无疑问大家不管目前什么身份什么签证其实都是一条绳上的蚂蚱。

估计长时间被烙印搞的积怨已久。 只是之前不说话， 一直偷偷收集证据， 现在一下子爆发了呗。
