有同申UTD的伙伴收到信催 Final College Transcript-Engl.么？

之前看到帖子说official变为final就不用理他了

但今早收到这封信，很是着急啊，寄信问了还没回答

Dear XXX-XXX,

Thank you for your application to the Computer Engineering program at The University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas). This letter is to inform you that your application materials are currently incomplete.

The missing items are listed below:

•Final College Transcript-Engl., XXXX University

**PLEASE READ**

If you recently sent documents that are listed above, please allow some time for your student account to be updated. This time may range from several business days to several weeks depending on the country of origin from which the documents were sent, delays from the sender, the address to which they were mailed or if documents arrived after business operating hours.

Official transcripts must be mailed directly from the sending institution or delivered in a sealed envelope with the registrar's signature on the back of the envelope.

All documents should be mailed to the following address:

这是Marco给我的回复：
The EE Admission & Advising Department does not confirm receipt of documents.

If you have submitted all required documents (see below) it is not necessary to re-submit; your student application status web link will be updated eventually.  Information entered and updated in the STUDENT APPLICATION STATUS WEB LINK (GALAXY PORTAL) is done by The Enrollment Services Department and not the graduate department.

For further queries concerning your information in GALAXY PORTAL, please contact Avery Ausborne at: avery.ausborne@utdallas.edu   

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ARE:
·         Application
·         Transcripts from all schools attended (Degree Certificates are not required for an “admission decision”)
·         Three letters of recommendation
·         Essay (statement of purpose)
·         GRE Scores
·         TOEFL Scores (if required)

Every effort is made to process, review, and make a decision on all applications in a timely manner.  Your patience is appreciated.

我发过去约一个月才更新啊....

有问题可以寄到这个邮箱 interest@utdallas.edu

Thank you for contacting The University of Texas at Dallas Admissions office in regards to your concern over the status of your submitted documents for your application.Due to the high number of mail received please allow ample time to process your documents.

If you have received confirmation from a mail service provider (DHL, Federal Express etc.) that your documents have arrived at UT Dallas, please allow sufficient time for those documents to be delivered to the admission processing office, be opened, sorted, properly identified, and scanned into our system.

Documents are processed in the order received and will be updated in Galaxy as they are processed.

If you have further questions please contact our Welcome Center at 972-883-2270.

UTD真是越来越火了 我同学已经收到他家的offer了 我昨天问了他一下GRE确实就是不显示 然后我是official transcript还有在读证明写了required fulfilled但是final transcript和certification那里显示的是required 这里应该就不用管了

我差三个，都录了还差，别管他

LZ和LS的童鞋，请问你们有UTD小秘的邮箱么？前两天发邮件给我说申请incomplete，然后进去applicant center一看中英成绩单和在读证明全都“required”
可是我很早就给他发过去了，DHL也显示签收了，给mtacca@utdallas.edu发邮件两天了也没回，有没有靠谱小秘联系方式？
还有就是他家的那个applicant center里面不显示GRE的状态么？
