哥大2015MFE面试和面经

看到xczgz的帖子http://www.1point3acres.com/bbs/thread-119603-1-1.html，感谢分享，我干脆也总结整个面试，再放点题。
哥大2015MFE面试2月发了一堆，包括中国大陆，香港和海外。面试官大多数是IEOR中得OR学生，预约时间后skype面试，10分钟到20分钟都有可能。全部behavioral questions。感觉整个录取结果在出来之前就已经定好了，面试只是让学生表下决心和筛掉口语不好的。不过从quantnet看来拿到面试也只有约33%的可能性被录取。获得面试官名字之后加skype，自己也可以上twitter facebook加一下，联络感情。大多数面试官会要你的最新版CV或者Resume（感觉这帮学生没从admission office拿到很多材料，所以想要你的CV来看看问你什么问题，也就是说问题可能有一部分是这帮学生自己想出来，跟你聊聊的，而不是office给的pool里的），我知道的问题有这些：

Why do you want to attend the MFE at Columbia
How do you fund your graduate study?
What other programs do you apply? What is the advantage of Columbia MFE?

可能是OR学生想出来的，或者根据你的CV定制的：
what can you contribute
what course are you interested in?
以往实习中得什么技巧你觉得对这个program有用？
Give me an example of ethical dilemma you have encountered.
What opportunities and threats do you think there are in financial industry now?
How do you fund your graduate study?
Your short-term goal and long-term goal
who inspired you most
a difficult situation an how you handled it
grade your communication skill
talk about your exchange experience.
Your definition of success(professionalism), do you think you will be successful
