[Claim 3]

A living body collagen synthesis accelerator containing tripeptide which has an amino acid sequence of Gly-Pro-Hyp as ******** obtained by carrying out collagenase treatment of collagen or the gelatin, and containing a peptide composition whose molecular weight is 400 or less.



可见，权利主张说的是一种“胶原蛋白合成加速剂”，三肽的顺序是Gly-Pro-Hyp，分子量在400以下。


这个不能说明任何问题，因为发明专利不验证有效性，只验证创新性。这个专利的唯一用处，是如果有人去卖含有Gly-Pro-Hyp顺序且400分子量以下的氨基酸序列，并且声称是胶原蛋白合成加速剂，那么专利持有人可以告他。


请大家再想一个最简单的事实，胶原蛋白是由18种氨基酸组成的（并没有含有全部20种氨基酸），但是这个专利里的东西只含有Gly-Pro-Hyp三种氨基酸，怎么可能达到补充人体胶原蛋白的作用呢？。


最最讽刺的是，Gly和Pro分别代表Glycine和Proline，它们是非必须氨基酸，也就是说人体不需要补充，自己直接就可以合成。至于Hyp，代表的是Hydroxyproline

A distinctive feature of collagen is the regular arrangement of amino acids in each of the three chains of these collagen subunits. The sequence often follows the pattern Gly-Pro-X or Gly-X-Hyp, where X may be any of various other amino acid residues. Proline or hydroxyproline constitute about 1/6 of the total sequence. With glycine accounting for the 1/3 of the sequence, this means that approximately half of the collagen sequence is not glycine, proline or hydroxyproline

Gly-Pro-Hyp只是胶原蛋白中的一个常见序列而已。仅此而已。

那些护肤品化妆品当然有其科学原理在里面了，可以解释得通。而胶原蛋白这个属于被批了好久的骗局了，你还要吃，这不是属于给骗子送钱么。一瓶快100刀呢
