However, please keep in mind that international students recommended for admission are required to submit passport verification in order to be issued an I-20. While these documents are not required for your application to be reviewed, we highly recommend that you submit them as soon as possible.  That way, if you are recommended for admission, we can issue your I-20 without delay for your visa procedures. Please note, international students who are recommended for admission must also submit their statement of intent in order to be issued an I-20.

Your passport verification must be a copy of the first two pages of your passport.

Send your documents as an email attachment in PDF or JPEG format (10 MB limit) to usci20@usc.edu OR as a fax to (213) 821-3725. Your 10-digit USC ID must be clearly written on all documents.

Please note that the date an application is submitted does not determine the date an admission decision will be issued. For complete applications submitted by the application deadline, admission decisions are issued throughout the review cycle.

After a decision has been made, your official notification should be available on USConnect at https://usconnect.usc.edu/. To request your USConnect password, visit the Request Password page at https://usconnect.usc.edu/requestpassword.aspx, and provide the e-mail address you used on your application. Submit the Proof of Financial Support documentation and a photocopy of the first two pages of your passport.

International students recommended for admission are required to submit proof of sufficient financial support and passport verification in order to issue an I-20. While these documents are not required for your application to be reviewed, we highly recommend that you submit them as soon as possible.

不知道有没有帮助，但是起码如果到时候拿到了录取，可以加速i20办理。。。

statement of intent 好像是模板，之前翻学校网站的时候翻到过，我还以为跟application一起交的，后来发email确认是ad之后的事。可以上网翻一下

好像问什么都是模版，我去问那个statement of intent，也是模版，
话说有人知道那具体是什么吗？
