***UPDATE 5/4/15 – As anticipated, USCIS announced the completion of data entry on the H-1B petitions selected in the lottery. This does NOT mean that all receipts have been delivered. But, it does signal that the last of the receipts should be in the mail and on their way to employers/attorneys over the next week or two. We did receive more regular processing receipts today, so I am providing updated statistics:

Vermont, Premium, Masters cap: 71% of cases were selected (no change)

California, Premium, Masters cap:  55% of cases were selected (no change)

Vermont, Regular, Masters cap: 58% of cases so far were selected (slight increase)

California, Regular, Masters cap: 42% of cases so far were selected (no change)

Vermont, Premium, Bachelors cap: 39% of cases were selected (no change)

California, Premium, Bachelors cap: 33% of cases were selected (no change)

Vermont, Regular, Bachelors cap: 22% of cases so far were selected (increased)

Californnia, Regular, Bachelors: 35% of cases so far were selected (increased)

现在没收到任何消息…律师也没回信，HR 不帮忙，今天直接给律师写邮件抄送HR, HR回信不让直线联系律师…是不是挂了的节奏？

本人NPP/ADV/VSC。。至今没有消息。。统计了immigration girl汇报的结果，借楼发出来。。（新人一个还没有发帖权限）
虽然概率越来越小了。。不过还是有希望。。

就ADV来说，5月以来VSC一直在发Regular的receipt，昨天CSC一口气发了很多。。还是有希望吧（我也只能这么告诉自己了。。）

CSC reg Bachelor前天17%，昨天35%，今天没更新。

除了regular nonpp, 其他的加州明显比Vermont少是为什么？！！！有人知道吗
