This policy is great.

International students are making huge contributions to US.
Rejecting international students would lead to a loss to education research centers, universities, tech companies, etc.

Also, I believe that they have nothing to do with the minimum wage. In order to work in the US, I heard that there is another minimum wage standard for those people, and the standard is higher than that of normal US workers.
