I support this proposal, for the good of those students, Americans, and a better US.

As a manager and recruiter, I have seen so many people in different industries with different background. I have also worked and lived in other countries in short-term. We have much more top global companies than Europe, Japan, China. Our employees have higher salaries than people in other countries. Why?

I think no one can deny this: we have much more talented people. That is why we have Wall Street and Silicon Valley; that is why we have Apple, Tesla, and SpaceX; that is why the iphones are designed so well and sold for $699 instead of $199, and the employers are able to pay their employees more, and their taxes and rents will benefits others potentially.Are all those talents born in US? Maybe not. Especially less and less American would like to work in STEM. The reason why we were the strongest country and our people can had good lives in the past is because there were more talents, which made our companies to be the most creative and competitive ones. If an American is as good as an international students, according to their difference in language skills and our current policies, most employers will prefer the American guy. But if not, why should I give a job to a stupid/lazy guy instead of a talented/hard-working guy? I agree we should protect our local workers, but not by refusing better young guys educated by us and sending them back to their countries. Instead, we should help our local workers to perform better and those talented young men could stimulate them as well. Therefore, I support that we need to make sure that all the talents have the opportunities to stay on the stage. This will make the stage larger and higher. This will benefits this country in the following years, and everyone in this country.

Opportunities are always infinite, but talents who can create opportunities for others are always finite!
