Hello Jiansong,
All students applying to HFCC starting the spring 2011 term, are accepted conditionally with an "unofficial copy" of their high school or college transcript. Students must submit official transcripts prior to second semester of registration. Registration for winter 2012 term starts November 1, 2011.
If you attended a college in the USA and completed more than twelve credit level classes (NO ESL classes) you can request an official transcript to be sent DIRECTLY to Henry Ford Community College.
If you did not study in the USA, then you should send either your non-US high school or non-US college transcript for evaluation by a Foreign credential Evaluator, (www.ece.org or www.wes.org are some of the evaluating companies HFCC accepts.)
For High school transcripts please request a "GENERAL" EVALUATION, if college transcripts request a "COURSE BY COURSE" evaluation.

Dear F-1 student,



As you were advised upon admission to HFCC: Secondary school credentials must be proven equivalent to the U.S. High school diploma. The deadline to have this submitted to our office directly from third party evaluators is November 1, 2011.  While we consider authenticated copies of a foreign high school or foreign post secondary degree for admission purposes, evaluation of the authenticity of your high school diploma is to be done by the end of your first term at HFCC.

You can choose to have this done by either www.wes.org OR  www.ece.org  



Be sure to ask for a "GENERAL" evaluation. If you are looking to receive college credits from a foreign post secondary institution, you will need to ask for a "COURSE BY COURSE" evaluation.

IMPORTANT:

我想知道这个步骤可以省略不？因为要认证学位的话我得先把我的学位拿到中国认证了然后再拿到美国认证一遍  很坑爹啊
