UCF是要预申请的，我之前说的fourteen days是预申请的处理时间，正常申请有可能不是rolling，不好意思没看仔细

Do you use the rolling admistion for international students’ application?

We do but only for those who have been admitted into the PhD program.  Doctoral students must be sponsored by a faculty member before they can be admitted.
