OPT ext 2月份作废，那2月之前已经在opt ext中的同学是什么情况

如题，目前还没有发现类似的帖子（如果有同学找到有类似的，能贴在这里万分感谢）。
我在网上研究了一下。目前的观点
来自national law review, 这个网站还比较权威（我wiki了一下）

其中说道，
“The judge’s decision jeopardizes the current STEM OPT program, but does not invalidate the employment authorization for current STEM extension holders, nor does it preclude an individual from applying for and being granted a STEM extension up until February 12, 2016“
google上面这句话发现这句话被其他人引用了很多次。

但这毕竟是一个网站，我的理解没有那么多的法律效力。不知道有没有同学有更多的消息？

Fragomen网站上写的是F-1 students who have already been approved for a 17-month extension of OPT on the basis of a qualifying STEM degree should remain eligible to work through the expiration of their STEM OPT employment authorization document (EAD), even if that date falls after the February 12, 2016 deadline. In the unlikely event that DHS were to fail to meet the deadline, we would not expect it to cancel otherwise valid STEM OPT EADs unless the court were to order such an action.  Given DHS’s strong incentive to comply with the court’s order, and the court’s desire to avoid causing hardship to F-1 students and employers, we do not expect this outcome.

不知道可信度多大。

目前是uscis 没有给出明确答复, 给的唯一回复是under review,刚在另一个帖子回了，贴上原文 USCIS representative has called AILA and clarified that ” no decision has yet been made that if the  STEM OPT EADs will be valid after February 12, 2016. It is still under review. It was updated by attorney Murthy

法院快点判决吧，我已经等不了那么久了

国土安全局要法院对STEM的人在2月12日后的status作出解释，现在都看法院了

希望法院赶紧作出决定，最好是已经approved的ｅａｄ还能够继续有效
