论文submitted了，但是还在under review的论文能放在CV里去吗？

今天写CV的时候问一个文书公司这个问题：
I have submitted my paper to a journal, but the paper is still  under review and the publication decision is pending.  Is it  appropriate to add the paper to the publications section of my CV, and indicate  that the paper has been submitted? Then, if the paper is accepted, I  could notify the admission office that the paper whose statue is  "submitted" in my CV has been accepted.

结果回答是：
It would be best if you indicate the paper when it has been accepted and pending publication. In this way, you are certain that your paper is being published. If it is still being reviewed, we suggest that you do not include it in your CV.

但是看到国外很多phd都把submitted的文章也放在CV里，而且这篇文章也花了挺长时间的，好不容易投出去，不写上去感觉挺可惜。。 大家觉得应该放到CV里么？

你也有paper处于review 状态吗？
现在好点的会议最起码审稿要一个月以上，投期刊的话更是 审稿时间2个月起步，等的花都谢了。。

    好一点的期刊，像transactions系列的，都得一年的～

肯定要写上吧
我陶瓷的一个prof看了我的CV就说要看manuscipts，如果不写的话很可能就没有进一步套的机会了

submitted完全可以。写在publications里
