You should really take behavior questions seriously.
There are thousands of SDE most of them can answer questions correctly. So why they choose you?
You should find your way to stand out. Communication is very very important for SDE as well.
As a interviewee, the first question I ll ask myself is., do you want to work with this guy ...every day?

For technical questions, you should also find a way to stand out. Instead of just solve the problem, think about multiple solutions, multiple optimization, showing your active thinking. Talk to experienced SDE , especially hiring manager see what they expect from candidates.

As a CSer , you have many opportunities. Win one of them.
I know some CSers have too many interviews , they cannot focus on a single one. Same for MBA students.
Know what you want, try to focus. Push yourself to the limit and show your passion for the company.

HIT那就，加油LZ，offer回来的，大部分IT公司freeze都只有半年哦，而且一直会有新opening放出来的。加油！
