12月28日received

1月15 第一次filed expedite -电话 直接被拒

1月19 第二次电话 filed expedite- 电话，第二天收到邮件被拒   
does not expedite Form I-765 applications that have been pending for less than 75 days for any reason.

1月25 第三次电话 filed expedite 电话， 第二天收到邮件补寄材料- 邮寄到NSC center

期间发邮件附带材料到 NSC follow up 邮件， 都被阅读，无回复

1月30 材料delivered

2月1日发邮件到follow up

2月 2日  NSC center关闭， 暴雪

2月 4日 发传真到 NSC Center+ 补寄了一份材料
            大概传真发出两小时后 收到邮件 Your Expedite Request has been forwarded to the proper department for further review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly.

2月8日   本来是打电话去USCIS询问状态的， 结果接线员又给file 了一次 Expedite request
              提醒大家千万不要重复file expedite request


2月 10日 USCIS 邮件回复内容如下：

The Nebraska Service Center has received your request to expedite your case. We have previously forwarded your request to a supervisor for review.  Should your request be approved for expedite processing time varies with each individual but may take up to 30 days. We ask that you refrain from sending repeat expedite requests; this only slows down our process. Please contact us at the number listed below if you do not receive your document within 30 days.


收到邮件之后我就毛爪了


2月11日 打电话给 USCIS， 转二级接线 immigration officer  然后他就告诉我因为我file了 repeat expedite request， 所以从2月10 起 30天内我会得到回复。 当时候恨死自己了， 超级懊恼当时IO一说可以再给加一个 加急，想都没想屁颠屁颠就同意了。


2月12 日  眼看着offer就要泡汤了， 卡还没到， 也不知道怎么鼓捣的就约了一个local appointment with immigration officer 自己也不知道能说啥能做什么，反正就是约了






2月16日  早9：30 去见的 local IO， 就问人家又没有什么办法帮我push 一下，IO说他帮不了我什么， 但是能看到的状态是 someone is reviewing on your case.我当时对这句话的解读就是 case 被sign 给officer，但是还在排队等着被review.

2月16 日 下午1：30  收到信息说我的case updated ，然后就用APP查了一下， Card is being producted

Expedite 经验是这样的：
1，我在网上找了好多关于expedite 的 经验，网上也有很多template 大家可以查查
2，第二次打电话成功expedite 时，我告诉他我已经有offer 了， 如果不能按时入职损失大概是$$$的，听上去是个黑人小哥非常 Nice 的就给request expedite了， 为了确保他写的notes和我告诉他的没有出入， 还特意让他重复了一下他写的东西
3，我邮寄的材料包括： 一封说明信， JOB OFFER， 一封公司HR给写的信 很简单，就两行，但是说了我的开始日期， 还有一封rent bill
4，材料被deliver后如果两三天都没有收到邮件说他们working on it 一定要打电话询问或者发邮件。 我是又发了一次fax，fax之后我才收到邮件说他们forward 给IO了
5，一定不要重复提交申请，一定不要重复提交申请，一定不要重复提交申请




拉拉飒飒的写了一大堆，也算是还愿了，谢谢地里保佑一切顺利

你好楼主， 我昨天打电话expedite今天收到邮件说further info needed。 以下是邮件里的内容，请问你的情况也是差不多的吗？
USCIS要求company letter head的信，不知楼主是怎么提供的（让HR打印出paper letter，再寄给楼主吗？）。


Based upon the information you provided, a determination was made that additional information is needed. As a student, you may be eligible based on a specific job offer, directly based on studies, which will be revoked if the Employment Authorization Document is not received.

If you wish to be reconsidered for expedite processing please submit a detailed explanation of the situation in a one-page letter.  A letter on company letter head that is signed by a company officer must accompany your request outlining a job offer and a description of the position. You may also submit any other information which you would like us to consider regarding your situation.

You may send in your request for expedite consideration to Nebraska Service Center, PO Box 82521, Lincoln, NE  68501.

我的company letter是公司HR发的信，签字了的但是邮件给我PDF 文件， 我自己打印了发的

我建议你发信件到NSC 然后再发一个fax过去，比较保险

感谢楼主分享，我今天打电话啦，帮我file 了equest expedite， 但是只要了我电话和邮寄地址。 连我的offer地址都没有是让我等消息不？他们会怎么联系我， 楼主你的是EAC开头的不？
