公司情况：
Dstillery, ad tech company，正如其名字所指，在提供ad tech产品和业务的同时，要净化ad tech市场。
公司位于NYC midtown. 目前全公司大约有160人，总部在NY，其中dev dept大约有30人，data science dept 13人。在LA，Chicago等多地有销售办公室，在印度有一个编外开发组。
曾连续三年拿到Crain's best places to work in NYC. Data science team也拿过不少诸如KDD best paper之类的奖项，data science的VP昨天还刚拿了ARF Great Mind Award

公司里经常有足球、飞盘、庆生、game night等各种活动，办公室里每天欢声笑语。工作时间灵活，另有WFH和unlimited paid vacation等……总体来说福利不错


职位：
full stack engineer @ all levels.
公司里除了data science和产品部的UI developer之外，所有的developer都是full stack. 在back end的部分会经常涉及大数据的处理。Agile Dev with 2-week sprints.

We're seeking a quality-focused Software Engineer who wants to learn about large systems and how hard problems related to scale are solved.  We currently handle billions of events per day, but we're growing strong and need someone who can help us handle billions more.  We're still pretty small on the engineering team, and everyone gets their hands dirty and makes a real impact.

In addition to gaining deep experience with developing systems at scale, you'll work with a world-class data science team (winners of multiple KDD Best Paper and other awards) that keeps us on the cutting edge of machine learning research, and you'll gain direct exposure to the ins and outs of the rapidly growing and evolving adtech industry.

Our engineering culture is focused on shipping scalable, practical systems.  We avoid ivory-tower architecture, preferring to ship quality code and iterate.  We work in small, agile teams that can work on any part of the system.  We place a high value on maintaining a good work-life balance, avoiding grinds and focusing on getting things done rather than putting in long hours.  A bunch of us play ultimate frisbee or soccer on Fridays, and we have regular dev seminars and lunch-and-learns to talk tech and learn from each other.

Required Technical skills

Professional back-end or full-stack development experience, or other strong demonstrated programming ability.
Experience with a statically-typed language such as Java/Scala/C#/C++.
Focus on quality, correctness, and testing.
Eagerness to learn about system analytics and design.
Eagerness to learn how to troubleshoot a running production system.
Experience with Linux or Mac.
One or more of the following is considered a huge plus:

Experience in or eagerness to learn about the adtech industry.
Experience with or eagerness to learn about Kafka, Cassandra, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, or similar technologies.
Experience in or eagerness to learn about the areas of Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, or Big Data.
Loves dogs; plays a musical instrument, ping-pong, ultimate frisbee, or soccer; has an interesting side project up on github.

说明：
虽然说的是招all level，但是公司用人门槛不低，理想的候选人需要有以下经验中的至少一项：
1 full stack dev under Linux
2 concurrency
3 API design
4 distributed systems
5 Test Driven Development
