成绩单和cv都寄到下面这个地址么？

我看其他地址都有P.O.Box（平邮吧），网址在下

  再问个问题，里面有句话关于推荐信的

里面说不会自动联系推荐人，那推荐信会怎么提交？

    TAMU的成绩单可以电子上传吗？ 我看到这句话Texas A&M will accept transcripts sent electronically through SPEEDE or eSCRIP-SAFE. Transcripts from any other vendor will not be accepted.

SPEEDE or eSCRIP-SAFE 长得就不像给中国人用的vendor，你有兴趣可以研究一下，我是邮寄材料过去的

    submit以后付过钱后的Fee Payment Form还用打印出来再寄过去吗？

If you wish to submit your application fee by check or money order please use the alternate payment form. 你用信用卡付的就不用寄，他们怎么说就怎么做
