EAD 6.15到期nonPP H1b需要申请extension吗？

谢谢你的信息，现在是要抓紧了。你说的时间是从你把材料给学校，学校直接给你邮寄USCIS对吧？你是否知道学校什么时候给你寄出材料到USCIS？
不过其他小伙伴也要抓紧但是也不用过于担心，你的大部分时间是不是学校拖着办I20呢？我记得第一次申请的时候，USCIS基本上一周就能完成信息录入了。。就是case was received。
还有一个问题，是到底是过期前要USCIS收到并录入材料呢，还是学校有了新的I20就可以了？(后来查了查应该是receive application）

update，这个帖子里，从uscis收到材料到录入信息大概3天吧，主要是要催学校

Receive application. As your links, you should receive the text message from USCIS before June 15.

You are in the school when you first applied for OPT, so you just need to consider the i-20 processing time around 1 week and delivery time to send docs to USCIS.

But now I think you should not be in the school, so as I explained above, you need to mail the docs to school to request i-20 and it's time A. After that, processing time for issuing new i-20 and it's time B. Then, school will mail back i-20 to you to sign it and it's time C.  School will mail your docs to USCIS after you scan the signed copy of i-20 and email back to school, and it's time D. So A+B+C+D approximately equals to 3 weeks.

Also, I mentioned the process varies among different schools and recommend you should consult with your F-1 counselor in your school. They know much more and accurate information about your own condition than anyone in 1p3.

(Actually school mailed my docs out last Thursday and I received text message from USCIS yesterday. I remained contact with F-1 counselor during the whole process so I know well about the timeline.)

ps. It's all up to you. If you think 1-2 weeks is enough, then go ahead.

哎，一言难尽啊，新的opt extension不是自己想申就申的，公司要走一大圈程序
