被RFE了

刚查了状态，被RFE了。。。
不知道USCIS是把信给我还是律师？

大家有类似情况的来抱团讨论一下吧。。

律师给我转达了一下 目前他们觉得我学的跟我的title关系不大
律师需要我去找verification of employment letter from previous employers 然后他们再写点这个那个的吧

I got the RFE notice from the lawyer, and USCIS is mainly asking documents from the company to show that the company meets the definition of a U.S employer. My company is a public company in NASDAQ so I don't understand why USCIS asked for RFE.

Here's what they asked:

1. Additional information about the project/assignment at I will be assigned.
2. Evidence that the company will have sufficient business to provide H-1B level work for me during the requested H-1B period
o   Copies of relevant portions of valid contracts, statements of work, work orders, etc.
o   Signed copies of the company’s 2 most recent Federal Income tax returns including all required schedules and statements.
o   Copies of invoices supported by bank statements showing the payment for services.
o   Copies of documents showing payments made to the company by recent clients for products purchased and/or services delivered.
o   Photos/floor plans of the company’s office space.


My major was Biomedical Engineer and my H1b title is "Computer Systems Analyst". It seems that my major is not a issue. I was worried so much about this, but now I will just leave all these to my boss and the lawyer.
Below are 6 major RFE reasons and my case seems to be under 1st reason:

• Validation Instrument for Business Enterprises (VIBE)
• Specialty Occupation
• Needs of the Petitioner for the Services of the Beneficiary
• Beneficiary Qualifications
• Employer-Employee Relationship
• Maintenance of Status
