Dear department representatives and Chairs,

The Department of Statistics & Applied Probability at the University of California, Santa Barbara is recruiting graduate students for admission in Fall 2012.

We hope that you will share the attached flier with your students by sending it to them by e-mail and posting it on your bulletin board.

Our department offers a PhD degree in Statistics & Applied Probability and a MA degree inStatistics. Our doctoral students and faculty members are actively
engaged in interdisciplinary research in such areas as mathematics, computer science, biostatistics,environmental sciences, and financial mathematics and statistics. These dynamic interactions with researchers in other disciplines are both personal, through joint projects supported by the NSF, NIH, and other government agencies, and through the activities of the Statistical Consulting Laboratory situated in the Department.

The Center for Financial Mathematics and Statistics (CRFMS) was created in 2006 to provide national and international leadership in quantitative finance from different perspectives through interdisciplinary and intercampus collaborations and by engaging the broad financial community. Its research activities are directed toward study of financial markets, asset prices, risk management, investment strategies, derivatives pricing and hedging, and portfolio optimization among other topics.

    加州普遍没钱是事实

就一个。。。悲剧的是我早就申了。。知道加州没钱 也不能这么没钱吧 Ｔ＿Ｔ　我都申了三个加州的了。。

加州非常没钱...陶瓷基本木有回复...
