UIUC的申请中，ECE Interest form是什么呀？

网站上的要求如下：
APPLICATION CHECKLIST

• Graduate College application form submitted.
• Application fee paid.
• Official copies of transcripts are requested once admitted.
• Three letters of reference submitted.
• Statement of purpose submitted.
• Scores on the GRE general aptitude tests verbal, quantitative, and analytical portions (Note: A GRE subject test is not required. Our institution code is 1836 and the ECE department code is 1203.)
• ECE Interest form submitted (only for MS and PhD applicants).
• Financial certification only needed if you wish to be admitted without financial aid.
  

不太清楚这个ECE Interest form要写什么，有什么格式。请教一下大家了，谢谢。另外，Graduate College application form也不是很清楚，希望大家能够帮助我，非常感谢。

看到系里网站上有这样的说明：

Students with a bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering (or related field) should apply to the MS program even if the ultimate goal is the PhD degree. During the online application process applicants will be asked to indicate whether their intention is to obtain the MS or to continue for a PhD. Students with an MS degree in electrical or computer engineering (or related field) should apply to the PhD program.

我是Fudan的硕士，不知道国外承不承认国内的硕士文凭？
可以直接申PHD吗？

虽然没有ddl，但是如果太晚的话系里看不到你的Interest那就GG了

这个interest form是需要submit applyyourself里面的申请之后再填的对吧..
在applyyourself那个网站的申请里不需要提交这个form..只需要提交SOP和CV对吧QAQ

那这个interest form有没有deadline啊？也必须在12月15日之前吗？找了半天没有看见要求啊……

搭车问一下有没有同学申请UIUC的两个项目的，比如ECE和CS，是不是要注册两个账号？
