自己写的实习老板推荐信，求拍~

因为看到的模板都是老师的，写实习的推荐信没啥经验，求大神们指点~

I would recommend some changes in the second paragraph:
1. if you want to present yourself as knowledgeable, don't say you didn't learn the tools before, say the tools are advanced and new.
2. don't use "pretty complicated", say it is complicated to implement and requires a good amount of knowledge about (something specific)
3. Add one more paragraph about how strong your skills are? The second is more about your learning ability rather than working
4. don't talk about the room booking job. it doesn't help in any aspect.

Dear Sir or Madam,

It’s a true pleasure for me to write this letter of recommendation for XXX. I first met him at the interview for the internship in our department. He showed a great understanding of basic knowledge in computers and an agile mind. I prepared three algorithm problems for him and he could come up with a feasible solution in a short time. And when I told him to optimize the solution, he also could use the right data structure to figure it out. Therefore, soon after the interview, I decided to hire him.

At work, I was pretty impressed by his learning ability and creativity. The project I gave him is pretty complicated which requires a deep understanding of SpringMVC and Java. After he understood the outline of the project, he found the relevant books and documentation and started learning. It only took him two weeks to finish the project while I gave him three weeks. While finishing his part, he also found that the search of user lists is very slow because of the bad design of SQL statements in another module. And then he came up with a good idea to reconstruct the SQL statements which greatly accelerate the search. This accomplishment also demonstrated his working ability.

XXX is also personally delightful. As the youngest member of the team, he was also able to find some common interests with other team members likes watching NBA games. And I was pretty surprised and moved when he gave every team member a small gift using the salary he got in the first month. Everyone in the team gets along well with him.

In a nutshell, he is one of the most excellent interns I have worked with. Even though I hope he can stay here after graduation, I think he would be an outstanding asset to your program. Please feel free to contact me if you need further information.
