这也算一种戏剧性的结果吧？

本来Master’s of Science in Financial Engineering (MSFE) program at Kent State University是听说项目投钱比较多，实用性超强所以申一下试试的~结果今年居然项目叫停了，肿么个情况啊~也算是拒信么……第一个拒信居然是这种形态，好戏剧啊……原文：

Thank you for applying to the Master’s of Science in Financial Engineering (MSFE) program at Kent State University.  Unfortunately, the College of Business Administration has decided to suspend applications to the MSFE program for the term beginning in fall of 2012 and therefore we will no longer be processing your application.  We apologize for the ways in which this decision impacts you.  We will be sending you a letter officially notifying you of the decision, but in order to get the information to you as quickly as possible we also wanted to send this email that explains the reason for the decision, your other options at Kent State University and the refund of your application fee.

This was not an easy decision for the college to make.  As you know, the MSFE program is a specialized degree that requires very rigorous prerequisites that few students possess. Following an exhaustive assessment, the college determined that it can better serve its mission to the state of Ohio and the region in a cost-effective manner by exploring other degree options that allow us to serve a broader student body.  While decisions have not yet been made regarding future degree offerings, we continue to accept applications for the full-time MBA, which has a concentration in finance, the Master’s program in Economics, which has a financial economics track and the Master’s of Science in Accounting.  We hope one of these programs willbe of interest to you.

1 显然不是骗钱啊。。要不直接全都rej好了。LS的还有评分的都没看原文吧。

2 我觉得对方处理这个事情的态度还比较诚恳吧。商量下他说的other options吧，如果不想申其他专业就等着他退钱好了

这也太奇葩了吧。。。楼主去买彩票吧。。。

退钱退钱，kent state 不去也罢。Ohio不咋地。。
