NYU的Virtual Open House

不太明白Virtual Open House是什么意思呀，申请了NYU,等了一个月多收到个邮件，说是让申请者参加个Virtual Open House，可以讨论，问些相关问题之类的，不知道啥意思，发上来请教一下大家。

Please plan to join the NYU Graduate School of Arts and Science (GSAS) Virtual OpenHouse.

The GSAS Virtual Open House is an on-line forum to provide prospective applicants and applicants with the opportunity to pose admissions related questions to both enrollment services professionals and current students.

This session is designed to answer questions related to the admissions process, the on-line application, financial aid, housing, living in NYC, and other general topics.

We plan to host department-specific sessions in the future.  If you have questions related to curriculum, research opportunities, etc. for one of our 54 departments or programs, please contact them directly:

Once you register, instructions on how to use the chat client are available in PDF and video format.  We encourage participants to read the instructions in advance of open house.

同问，昨天晚上也收到NYU的邮件。貌似就是一个答疑活动，就一小时，不参加没什么吧？

我也收到，就是在线答疑。。我还没submit申请呢

那应该参加还是不参加呢？

我也收到了，没说必须参加呀。要有啥想问的就参加，没有问题就不参加呗。
