有人收到NEU要你再申一个MS项目的邮件么。。。

刚收到NEU的邮件，说是Invite to Apply to a Secondary or Alternative Program，内容如下

According to our records,your application is complete and is ready for faculty committee review. As youknow, it may take several weeks to several months to receive your decision. Asyou await your decision, please consider the following offer...

As a benefit toapplicants, we would like to invite you to explore our entire menu of 17 Master of Science programs,and to submit another application to second or alternative MS program ofinterest with a waiver of the $75 application fee. We recommend that interestedapplicants do this before Feb. 1 timeframe.

We are making this offer to you because we have noticed over the years thatmany applicants have more than one program of interest, or they are not awareof the broad range of programs that we offer. For example, in addition to MSdegrees in traditional engineering disciplines (e.g. Civil Engineering,Mechanical Engineering), we offer a number of multidisciplinary MS degreeswhich are focused on specific industry sectors, such as energy, IT,telecommunications, software, construction, etc. All of these programs have amanagement component to help prepare graduates for a career in industry. Inshort, we want to make it easier for prospective students who have diverseinterests to apply to a second or alternative program of interest. 没看到。。就是我看他说可以再申请一个，以为是因为自己这个水平很可能要被拒，所以为了不让我没学上就告诉我可以再申请一个增加录取机会= =
看来是我想多了。。最近申请的都没什么消息整天胡思乱想。。

本来打算多申请一个试试，后来发现当初PS里写的都是围绕我报的的那个专业写的，感兴趣的研究方向也都是那个专业下的，一句话概括就是这个专业最适合我，现在再申一个专业PS我肯定不会大改了，万一是同一批评委那不就尴尬了

对诶，要是PS基本上一样然后审的人又是一波的话那不是崩了。。。

同收到。看去年的帖子，NEU到4月份还在发这个email。说是可以再申一个。。

不慌。。我特别早就收到这个了。。

就是免费的一个新申请，但如果没搞错的话就是只能申请school of engineering下的major，我选了新开的data analytics engineering
