    亲，我确实拿到了。。。是RGC发来的信。如果要去，在3.23号前email答复，在3月底之前把合同签了寄过去。

Dear XXX,
The Research Grants Council (RGC) is pleased to inform you that you have been selected to receive a Hong Kong PhD Fellowship commencing from the 2012/13 academic year. An official award letter is attached for your retention and consideration, please.

You are kindly requested to inform the RGC your decision on this fellowship before 23 March 2012 (Friday). Please reply by email to hkp@ugc.edu.hk  to confirm your acceptance or declination of the offer.

The original signed reply slip must reach the above address no later than 31 March 2012. If we do not receive the above two replies by the deadlines, the RGC will presume that you have declined the fellowship award.
