2nd rej from Umass & 3rd rej from Rutgers

Umass rej:
The faculty in the College of Information and Computer Sciences have considered your application foradmission to the Graduate School at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and have carefully evaluated allyour supporting credentials. I regret to inform you, however, that they were unable to recommend youradmission to the Master of Science program in the College of Information and Computer Sciences for the Fall2017 semester.

Rutgers rej: (只有一句话  - - 有点无语)
Your application has been reviewed, and the Committee has denied admission.
