5/16 received
8/16 new card is being produced

8/13 file online inquiry, 8/14找了参议员office帮忙加急，8/15参议员office打来电话说可以帮忙，第二天就制卡了。

LZ是什么号段的？

不能发新帖。一直从一亩三分地看人分享OPT的帖子，借宝地也分享下自己的case。
6/9 号 received，USCIS邮件和短信通知很及时,
然后就一直没有消息。
打算8/19号开始OPT。一直等到8月3号，除了receipt没有任何消息。于是电话加急。接线员很nice，给我报了可以加急的选项，没什么可选的，只能是financial loss，但是说的是给雇佣单位（大学研究单位）造成的损失。4个工作日后收到邮件如下：

然后继续等啊等，8月17日显示New card is being produced.

不清楚加急是否有作用，uscis的回信也没有对加急进行deny。
