转—多大的面经

MMF in University of Toronto, 今年seems to be quite harsh about the evaluation procedures.
If you are in Toronto, you are probable to receive a onsite invitation, which consists of an entrance exam and a group interview, lasting about 3 hours.
.1point3acresIf you are international applicant, you might receive a online assessment invitation and a skype interview.(今年貌似是加进assessment的第一届，为了公平起见，不透露关于assessment的具体信息，等录取过后，大家可以私下询问)。
但是和港科的一位女生小check了一下，好像我们的题不一样。但是大概方向是应该是差不读偶的。

ONSITE interview

SKYPE interview
you could choose between a face-to-face skype interview(they recommended), or just via celephone.
看了去年的电面情况，基本都不是pro面的，非tech。
今年面我的姐姐2010也面过人，是external officer（就是第二个帖子的shari）。
所以初步推断应该也是non-tech的。

2.Where else have you applied? (我开始只说都申请了类似的项目，她穷追不舍得让我把学校名字 项目名字都说出来)
3.Have you got any offer?(这个还好没问是哪些学校给了offer)
4.How do you rate your MATLAB/Programming C++ skill on a scale of 1 to 5?
5. Which subject do you think is the most difficult for you ?
6. Tell me about you internship experience
7. Give me one reason why we should not give you an offer and one reason why we should.
(这个问题还真没准备，情急之下就说了我能想到的不要我的原因只有limited class size 而优秀的申请者又太多了吧 MMF只要30个人左右么 然后说即使优秀的人很多 I still have certain qualities that distinguish me from the others to get an offer.才终于拐到准备过得问题上了。。。)

in-person面试，面试官Shari.
一共55分钟，前半小时是问答，后半小时没问题要问了然后时间又没到就一直在聊天。
整个过程就感觉是在扯淡...
她手里只有简历和成绩单。因为实在是太聊天式了，所以我只能把一些主要的问题写下来。
1.tell me about yourself
2.which other school did you apply to?did you get offers?
3.internship experience
4.computer skills?how do you rate yourself from 1-5 if 5 is excellent?
5.what did you do during your volunteer experience (on resume)?
6.hobby?
7.大三时候有几门课成绩特别低，问为什么？
8.说了几个数学定理什么的让我解释，我说出了monte carlo其它都不知道（也没听清），极其杯具的被鄙视了。

第二或者第三天会接到interview invitation吧，但是面试时间是在一个星期之后了~~
