【求助】AD邮件里的一个问题，自己搞不太懂

（不太确定是不是应该发这版，发错的话麻烦版主给移一下了）

以下是AD邮件中有疑问的内容：
1、
This offer of admission and scholarship is contingent upon receipt of your original GRE scores, original TOEFL scores (if English is not your first language) and final transcripts, if we do not already have them, before your matriculation in September.

这是不是说报到的时候把东西带过去就行了，而不用现在就寄过去？

2、
However, a signed letter on paper noting your intentions must arrive no later than April 15, 2012. Your acceptance letter must include a check with a nonrefundable deposit of $250, which will be applied towards your first term tuition. The check should be made out to "Dartmouth
College."

这里对check的形式有没有什么要求？我也没办过类似业务，不是很了解。父母说支票有很多种。

    谢版主提醒！不过我主要是想问问题，这个AD已经汇报过了。但是找了半天也不知道该再哪儿发，呵呵。
