Overall package is lower than what I am expecting. Recruiter said I either have a competing offer or proof that I currently make more than this offer, otherwise he cannot argue for me. I don't have any of those.My recruiter knows that I have several other interviews coming so he is trying to cut me off the road.
My two cents: seems like bonus 10% is pretty standard, I am not going to argue for this. But equity and base has more room for negotiation... Any suggestions on how to negotiate? Highly appreciate :)

There was a summer DS intern with rockstar rating, but the overall pkg is not much higher.
