收到了UChicago的录取然而语言成绩不达标不给visa documents？

收到了UChicago的admission本来狂喜万分但是仔细一看“Your scores on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) do not meet the University's minimum requirements (shown above). Please retake the TOEFL or IELTS in order to qualify for your visa eligibility document. The University of Chicago requires an official TOEFL report, which meets the minimum requirement, be on file before your visa documents can be processed.”
顿时内心一阵纠结...语言成绩不达标还能发ad的吗？
UChicago的托福要求是四个单项都在26以上，我的t总分110，R30 L29 W28 S23，当初口语死活刷不上去，难道我还要为UChicago再特意刷口语吗QAQ

我知道地里大神很多，可是口语26这要求也太高了吧。。这不是想刷就刷得到的啊
